Hello, I haven’t been working at Busse+Zerbe for long. I can only say that I feel very comfortable. They always have an open ear for you and try everything to respond to the wishes and needs of the employees. Of course it’s understandable that it doesn’t always work and what I think is best is that you give newcomers to the industry the chance and the time to learn everything.

What I like about the employer is: openness to the current development of the company – digital, modern, openness to the further development of employees, the joint development of workflows, processes, digitalization, and a good mood in the workplace.
