Working atmosphere: Relaxed, no pressure. Work-life balance: Since drivers without children are not allowed to take vacation during holiday periods, this is very discriminatory Colleague cohesion. Sometimes you could still work on it. Dealing with older colleagues: Older people also get their chance.
