Within the framework of the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG), we would like to give you the opportunity to report information about company-related violations that you have noticed as an employee of ours.
Information about the HinSchG
The following information provides a simple overview of what the HinSchG (Whistleblower Protection Act) is and how you as a whistleblower are protected by it.
These violations can be reported
- which result in penalties or fines
- that endanger life, limb and health
- Administrative offenses
- against the rights of employees or their representative bodies
- against federal legislation
- and more
Rule of thumb: All violations must be in a professional context. This means that it affects you as an employee or a person as an employee. This also includes working with a company or client.

We would be happy to arrange a personal conversation with you, as well as an appointment for a video conversation (MS Teams, etc.).
You can also report your tip to the Federal Office of Justice. This is the external reporting point for information according to the HinSchG.
Your report is safe with us!
There is a requirement of confidentiality.
This means: We protect confidentiality and your identity when clarifying your report.
Your tip ends up in our separate whistleblower department, separate from all our partner companies.

But what are reprisals?
These are disadvantages such as warnings or termination, bullying and the like.
How you are protected
If the whistleblower protection law is violated, we and the accused persons must expect fines.
Hoaxes
Employees who submit false reports intentionally or through gross negligence can be prosecuted for damages (Section 38 HinSchG).
